Carrot, sweet potato and leek soup served with homemade bread. V

Goat’s cheese and marinated pepper tart with exotic leaves and balsamic syrup. V

Chicken liver parfait served with homemade spiced chutney and oatcakes.

Roast rib-eye beef with Yorkshire pudding and a red wine jus.

Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings.

Baked escalope of salmon with a fresh herb butter sauce.

Filo pastry basket filled with spinach, courgette and brie with a cranberry and cherry relish. V
